Autumn In Tennessee ("we", "us", "our") is a seasonal porch decorating service based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect when you use autumnintennessee.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
When you request a free porch design, you give us:
We also collect standard technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
About your porch photo. We use it for one purpose: to create your complimentary design concept. We do not sell it, license it, or hand it to anyone outside our team. If we ever want to show your porch publicly — in an ad, on social media, or in our portfolio — we will ask you first and you are free to say no. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
If you opt in, we may text you about your design request, appointment scheduling and service updates, and — separately, only if you agree to it — about offers and seasonal availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (615) 235-1895. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email. Consenting to marketing texts is never required to request a design or to buy anything from us.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with the service providers who help us deliver the messages you asked for, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or submits the form. This lets us measure results and show ads to people likely to be interested.
You can control this: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings, or block cookies in your browser. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or requesting a design.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run — the platform that hosts our website and CRM, our email and text messaging providers, and our advertising platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information you give us. Your data is stored in our customer relationship management platform, which encrypts data in transit using TLS and at rest. Access is limited to the owners of the business and the small number of staff who need it to serve you, each with their own account and password. We review who has access as our team changes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any issue promptly if one arises.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep some of it.
Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
You must be at least 18 years of age to provide us your information or to consent to receive text messages from us. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to you directly where we are able to.
